Response timeline: We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 30 days, in line with DPDP Act §13. If we need additional information the clock pauses until you reply.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner prescribed under the DPDP Act and its rules. Residents of Australia may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Residents of New Zealand may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. US residents may refer to applicable state attorney general or consumer protection offices.

  • The nature of the request — access, correction, erasure, portability, withdraw consent, or complaint.
  • Any supporting context (booking ID, invoice ID, screenshots).
